UM多体动力学仿真技术用于轮轨曲线啸叫研究

泰国那黎宣大学公路和铁路卓越创新中心近期的一个研究项目:使用UM软件建立了四车编组的列车模型,进行了曲线通过工况模拟,配合实测数据,寻找啸叫发生的地方,并提出减缓啸叫的方案。

研究内容:

- Determining the positions on the curve which occur the squealing noise

- Investigating the wheel-rail interaction behavior on those positions on the curve including the follows:   

        + Effect of Friction   

        + Contact force   

        + Effect of track stiffness   

        + Etc.

- Testing the suitable mitigate techniques

仿真工况:

- Track gauge: 1.435m

- Curve Configuration: Triple consecutive curves with 350m radius / 110mm cant

- Train speed: Approx. 70 km/h

- Trainset: 4 cars

- Rail: UIC60

- Wheel profile: S1002

- Rail supporting system: Track plinth
